Sardar Latif Khosa (lota # 1) says the shaukat aziz full cabinet approved the NRO so Mr. Attorney General u agree that was legit cabinet and thus thier approval of NOv 3 emergency action by cabinet was ok too? And acts so constititutional why then Emeregency and PCO were so wrong. And then PPP shouldnt be complaigning abt Bhutto punishment he was after all given senetence by court no? And ofcoz doogar court will do watever u want, NRO ke cases jaldi jaldoo apney he judges se saaf karwwana lolz. Man so lemme get, accused will use his person to get him clear lol.
Agree with Salman Raja, but even if u agree with Khosa, we now have a clear dispute and SC has to rule on complete NRO status. One last point parliment is not supreme, if parliment passs a law thats unconstitutionla SC can vacate that law and Parliment has to obey as SC is supreme in interpretation of law.
