Wat a spanking by Babar Awan. But public will say oh wow shahid masood did great job. Dude kashif or talat or mir should ahve done that. Shahid masood dun even know the basic, dude prepare ur qts and stop giving sermons, SC has no right to throw out act of parliment they can only say if some aspect are unconsitutional and then again will go to NA 2 fix it.
qts should have beeen asked, fine lets for argument sake say PPP right and the cases are wrong. Why not do a simple thing, set up judicial court specially with time mandate to rush all political cases thriugh it, put respected judge in there and get it over with. Instead of choosing the NRO way.
God shahid masood should go back and do qayamat ka manzarnama.

Actually I think Shahid Masood came out on top. At least he was not pulling his punches. I take the technical point Afzal is making about act of Parliament but for cornering Gobar Hewan SAB JAIZ HAI!
BTW the basis of challanging an act of parliament is very simple. This law contradicts other laws regarding accountability and infringes the rights of the victims. I suggest “Mr President” should keep the champaign in the chiller for the time being!!!
