Sardar Mehtab ur whole team was sitting in Zia period with Zia. And Bugti himself was CM of Baluchistan. The maree and others tribes came back in Zia time. The operation was done by every govt against baluchistan. Everyone is starting with same crap, autonomy autonomy, autonomy my ass.
same thing mujeeb use to say, hum kia lakkar hai, hum pakistan se alag nahi hona chahta. Just want provincial autonomy we all saw what happened.
Talal admits they getting trained in afghanistan and coming back to pak to fight then how can military be removed from the area. U want peace, throw down arms.
Why dun aasma also condemn the killing of innocent civilians by BLA? Yeah let provinces decide what the foreign policy be of a country. Great freaking idea u moron. She has no problem to dance, present sweets to army provided they are Indian army on wahga border. As far compensation goes how abt compensation by baluch sardars for IDP and killings? Eventually she showed her cards, if sepeartion why not. lol
This is our leadership sent military to do the work in swat and waziristan and the fucking defence minister can’t even visit army javans fighting. Myaan sahib getting chance after chance by Qudrat he is too scared and too comfy to get off his ass and do something.
“Myaan sahib getting chance after chance by Qudrat he is too scared and too comfy to get off his ass and do something.” Exactly what I have been saying. Too f****** lazy! Someone look for a new leader for God sake.
@taukeer
He is still waiting for fucking package, Baluch dun want a package screw the package and the assembly and the govt. Get in the baluchistan and freaking start an election call for starter. An election must be held in Baluchistan and all nationlist BS must stop thier crap and particpate.
I understand what u r saying but the problem is that most “nationalist” baluchs don’t want a package and don’t want to talk becos their masters dont want them to talk. The key to Baluchistan problem is in Afghanistan. As long as the Indians and Americans are in Afghanistan we will have a problem in Baluchistan. That is not to excuse the incompetence of our “leaders” and their lack of foresight. Baluchistan problem is a complex one where international forces are exploiting local frustration to foment trouble but then who could blame the enemy for taking advantage of our weakness. Surely we should do the exact same in return. Payback in kind. But at the same time put our house in order and if that take a “package” then so be it.
I for one am strongly against the provincial autonomy till it is clearly detailed what it means. If it means that all provinces have a right on their resources thats ok, but those resources surplus to be sold to other provinces through pakistani companies, not to foreign countries without any input from federal govt then sorry no way jose. This is just an example, provincial autonomy could mean lot of things to lot of ppl, after all mujeeb 6 nukaat were provincial autonomy. JSQM read it differently lol
P.S can’t find a good article anywhere regarding Baluchistan situation. If someone has it plz pass it along. We need that to be headline.
@nota I agree we don’t have leaders with foresight who have the intellectual capacity to handle the current delicate situation into our advantage.
Right now the sensible guys in US are beginning to realise that they need to work with ISI to extricate themselves from Afghanistan. What we lack is leaders who could exploit this opportunity and offer the Americans the carrot with which to lead them out.
I dont completely disagree with the idea of putting in place a broad-based Afghan government in place before the US departure. Pakistan right now does not have the resources with which to put together such a government in place and it might be in our national interest to exploit use the Americans position and weakness to help pay for such a project. Remember the Iranians will be looking for their pound of flesh if such a deal is not made with all afghan factions. Kind of similar situation as at the time of Soviet withdrawal from Afghanistan.
