  Boy u havent seen fed judges in USA, talk abt being abusive. Corrupt judges in usa who allow inadequate councils to go on in cpaital punishment cases and SC who upheld these convictions. There a lawyer can be canned if he not well connected by bar council on a say of a judge. How many lawyers use legal manuver of remoiving a particular judge only to recieve thier brethern screw up their defence. A judge in criminal proceeding in usa can destroy a defence case.

  That said it is still no excuse for the way SC has been behaving. I have been pointing it out for sometime only to hear CJ defenders slam me. I was afraid that if this continue it wuill hurt the prestige and honor of court now there is neither prestige nor honor.
