God I know javed chaudhry likes sensationalism and his ratings but this iss beyond stupidity. A learned man like him should know 2 things.
1 – Constitution is supreme and there is parity between parliment, executive and judiciary.
2 – Anyone has every right to challenge whatever law passed by parliment irregardless of how weak or strong is the challenge. Otherwise parliment can pass anything and what we have left will be next election meanwhile the damage can be done for next 5 yrs.
3 – Under constitution SC has not only right but the duty to interpretate constitution.
