very disappointed with kashif and talat. The problem of arab pride has always been issue, thats why Prophet PBUH said no ajami has superiorty over arab and vice versa. It was the same arabs who allieed themselves against ottoman empire at every chnace they got. Surely there were faults with ottoman empire but arabs main problem was they were under non-arabs. Since arabs are retards we should become retard too? Muslim ummah is not a romantic concept. Hadrath umar bin abdul aziz said abt hajaj bin yosef that agar dunya ke sarey razeeloon ka muqabla ho to humaree taraf se ek hajaj kafi hai. The same cruel hajaj was able to sent mohammad bin qasim to help a srilankan muslim ( a non arab). dun go in such past, we have not even less the 200 yrs ago example of Shah wali ullah writting to ahmed shah abdali an afghan to come n rescue the muslims of india. Even if thats not sufficient, the creation of pak is evident of muslim ummah, when muslims in part of india who knew they will never be part of pak, still voted for pak at immense cost to them so atleast a part of indian muslims can have an independent country. Kashmiris could have made peace with india long ago, its for thier bond with pakistan which is only islamic that they still resisting. With all due respect kashif sahib and talat sahib, its not the ummah its the rulers, who has never allowed islam to take roots in pak as a governing model and the educated elites that you are part of.
BTW janab, it was bhutto sahib who came up with strategic depth theorey which was logically expanded by zai, it was the secular field marshall ayub khan who gave the bud peer military post to spy on USSR. the same field marshall who demanded that Islamic should be omitteed from islamic republic of pak, as mentioned by qudratullah shahab in his book shahab nama. May be we need to read some of our own authors
